Do I choose my therapist?

A key component to providing you with the most effective Mental Health professional is our personalized intake process. Our mission is to find your ideal match based on your personal needs. We understand how important the client-therapist relationship is, therefore our matching process is a service we provide at RISE Health.

During your intake consultation, you will be asked questions to help us collect information about what you are seeking help for.  The intake will be used to match you with a clinician who they believe will be best able to help you.

Once I sign up, will I have the same counselor?

YES –  Your assigned Mental Health Professional will be helping you throughout all the days and weeks you are at RISE Health Unlimited.

Can I purchase RISE Health UNLIMITED  for someone else?

YES – you purchase RISE Health for someone you care about. Once you have purchased the subscription have the individual call us and we will explain how the process works and create the secured messaging room.

Does the weekly subscription include live sessions?

No, but our bi-weekly subscription comes with a 30min live session.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes – all subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, you will have access to the plan for the remainder of the subscription period.
